Follow up appointment
Following your initial consultation with your chiropractor and receiving your personalised recovery plan and first treatment, you will then attend the clinic for your follow up appointments where your chiropractor will use a wide range of techniques and treatment options to put you on the road to recovery.

MLS Laser Therapy
At Chandlers Ford Chiropractic, Gemma uses MLS laser therapy for the treatment of pain, inflammation and swelling. The MLS laser therapy is safe, pain-free and starts to work instantly.
What does it treat? The specialist laser is scientifically proven to help with reducing pain in conditions such as: tendonitis, arthritis, bursitis, plantar fasciitis, joint pain, strains and sprains, back pain, oedema, nerve pain and many more.
How does it work? The MLS laser therapy works by emitting light into damaged areas to increase blood flow and promote healing. There are many biological effects which take place which help this process: cellular metabolism, increased oxygen and nutrients to cells, clearance of inflammatory and pain producing, molecules and increased fluid drainage from cells.
Who can’t have laser? Laser is not suitable for everyone including those who are pregnant, under 16 and who have active cancer. Extra care is taken with people who have type 1 diabetes, have had recent steroid injections and who have pacemakers.
